Why are Nigerian founders forming their companies in the US?

US 🇺🇸 -incorporated companies generally do not have any issues accessing any online platforms and payment infrastructure — well, unless it’s Russian :).

However, this is not often the case for a company registered in Nigeria 🇳🇬.

For these companies, access to global platforms and infrastructure is not often as straightforward.

To access these global platforms and payment systems, many Nigerian founders choose to form their companies in the United States 🇺🇸.

They also do this for one very important reason — Capital💰💰.
